THE STUDIO

Feel the comfort of being home as you walk in through the front doors. Classes are geared for the seasoned yogi, athletes, beginners, weekend warriors, and the yoga-curious. Discover new challenges with one-on-one sessions in the Private Room, fully equipped with a Pilates reformer.

Our yoga studio showcases a cutting-edge air quality system expertly designed by our dedicated HVAC engineer. This system has been meticulously crafted to ensure that our students experience the highest standards of air quality and the benefits of infrared heat during their practice.

The HVAC system is equipped with a hospital grade air purification system and and hospital grade air filtration. The filtration and air purification is designed to capture and eliminate all virus particulates, allergens, cough/sneeze, pollen, mold spores, dust mites, VOC particulates, and more. For more information please refer to FPR 12 filtration and bi-polar ionization (dielectric barrier discharge).

The studio has also implemented a fresh air system which includes a fresh air fan and exhaust fan to provide ventilation during classes. It also allows for purging the room in between classes, so every class has fresh clean air.

Infrared Heated Studio

Infrared heating offers a different experience compared to traditional heating. Instead of warming the air, infrared heat directly warms the body and surrounding surfaces, which may help muscles feel warm more quickly than forced air systems.

In our Power classes, we elevate your yoga experience by introducing the gentle, radiant warmth of infrared heating technology. This specialized heating system may enhance the Power Yoga practice in several ways, including supporting flexibility, encouraging deeper muscle engagement, and contributing to an elevated heart rate and increased calorie expenditure. This combination of Power Yoga and infrared heat creates an invigorating environment that may help you explore your limits, build strength, and work toward your fitness goals.

Benefits of Infrared Heat:

Efficient Heat Distribution: Infrared heaters emit invisible infrared rays that heat objects and people directly. Unlike traditional systems that warm the air first, infrared heating targets surfaces and bodies, which may improve energy efficiency by reducing the need to heat the entire room continuously.

Comfort: Infrared heat is often described as a comfortable and natural warmth because it does not rely on circulating air. It may help reduce drafts and dryness, creating a steady, gentle heat similar to sunlight.

Supports Flexibility: The warmth from infrared heat may help muscles feel more pliable, which can support a greater range of motion during yoga practice. A warmer environment may also help reduce stiffness, allowing for more ease in movement.

Encourages Circulation: Infrared heat may help promote blood flow by gently warming the body. Improved circulation can support the delivery of oxygen to muscles, which may enhance overall performance and recovery.

Supports Calorie Expenditure: Practicing yoga in a heated environment may increase heart rate and encourage the body to use more energy, which can contribute to calorie burn during a session.

Muscle Comfort and Recovery: The warming effect of infrared heat may help reduce muscle tension and support post-exercise recovery. Many practitioners find that the added warmth contributes to overall physical comfort during and after class.

Enhanced Warm-Up Efficiency: Infrared heat may help the body reach an optimal working temperature more quickly, which can support safer movement and reduce the likelihood of strain when entering poses.

Consistent Environment: Because infrared heating warms objects directly rather than circulating air, it may provide a more stable and evenly distributed temperature throughout the room, enhancing the overall yoga experience.
