Our yoga studio showcases a cutting-edge air quality system expertly designed by our dedicated HVAC engineer. This system has been meticulously crafted to ensure that our students experience the highest standards of air quality and the benefits of infrared heat during their practice.

The HVAC system is equipped with a hospital grade air purification system and and hospital grade air filtration. The filtration and air purification is designed to capture and eliminate all virus particulates, allergens, cough/sneeze, pollen, mold spores, dust mites, VOC particulates, and more. For more information please refer to FPR 12 filtration and bi-polar ionization (dielectric barrier discharge).

The studio has also implemented a fresh air system which includes a fresh air fan and exhaust fan to provide ventilation during classes. It also allows for purging the room in between classes, so every class has fresh clean air.

Infrared Heated Studio

Infrared heating is more than normal heating. Infrared heating raises the temperature of your body by directly warming the muscles much faster than forced air heating systems.

In our Power classes, we elevate your yoga experience by introducing the gentle, radiant warmth of infrared heating technology. This specialized heating system enhances the Power Yoga practice in several ways, including increased flexibility, deeper muscle engagement, elevated heart rate, calorie burn, and detoxification. This unique combination of Power Yoga and infrared heat creates an invigorating and transformative experience that allows you to push your boundaries, find your inner strength, and achieve your fitness goals.

Benefits of Infrared Heat:

Efficient Heat Distribution: Infrared heaters emit invisible infrared rays that heat objects and people in their path. Unlike traditional heating methods that warm the air first, infrared heating warms objects and surfaces directly. This can be more energy-efficient because it doesn't require continuous heating of the entire room or space.

Comfort: Infrared heat is often described as a more comfortable and natural heat because it doesn't create drafts or dry out the air. It warms your body directly, providing a gentle and cozy warmth similar to the feeling of sunlight on your skin.

Increases Flexibility – Because infrared heat penetrates the body, it allows the muscles to achieve a greater range of motion. Research has shown yoga students were able to stretch as much as three times their normal amount in theinfrared environment.

Increases Circulation - Infrared heat has been shown to stimulate blood flow by opening up the body’s capillaries. This expansion has an incredible effect on the body and offers a variety of benefits. It can help lower blood pressure, oxygenate the organs, and rid the body of toxins.

Detoxification – Sweating is the body’s natural way of flushing toxins. Infrared heat vibrates water molecules within the body, ridding it of impurities through both sweat and the bloodstream.

Weight Loss – As the body heats up, its natural temperature regulation system kicks in, requiring energy and burning calories. Infrared heat also increases the metabolism between the blood and tissues.

Pain Relief – Regenerating muscles, joints, ligaments, and tissues, infrared heating is beneficial for pain relief in minor injuries and chronic pain.
