CLASS TYPES
POWER VINYASA
This class is a rigorous, breath-driven flow that builds heat, supports cardiovascular endurance, and challenges you to reach your highest self. The room is heated to 90° using infrared technology for deep, radiant warmth. Power Vinyasa Vibes classes include the addition of a curated playlist to infuse your class with high-energy, fun, and motivational vibes.
VINYASA FLOW
The foundations of a power vinyasa class are broken down with attention given to alignment of body and inclusion of breath, set without music. This class is great for those looking for more guidance in the poses or who may be newer to the practice of yoga. Non-heated. All levels are welcome.
RESTORATIVE
This passive, meditative practice focuses on breath and deep relaxation. Poses are held comfortably with the support of props to release tension without strain. Ideal for balancing an active routine or simply resting, you’ll leave feeling restored and rebalanced. Non-heated. All levels welcome.
YIN YOGA
A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). Non-heated.
PILATES Y MAS
This is a mat pilates class that emphasizes core work. This class utilizes props and your own body weight to strengthen all of the muscles that make up your core. Compliment your yoga practice with this class. We set the temperature to 80 degrees. All levels welcome.
KIDS YOGA
This class introduces kids to yoga through breath, movement, and imaginative play. With a focus on social-emotional learning, children build body awareness, recognize their emotions, and have fun through stories, music, and games. Class ends with relaxation, leaving them calm and grounded. Ages 4–9.
YOGALETE
A form of active recovery that will stretch and lengthen your entire body. Whether your are an athlete or lift weights, this class will help improve your overall performance, quicken your recovery process, and lessen the occurrence of injury. We set the temperature at 80 degree to 76 degrees. All levels welcome.
SCULPT YOGA
This class builds on Power Vinyasa with the addition of light weights to boost metabolism and build lean muscle. Combining yoga with strength moves like squats and lunges, it’s a full-body workout designed to tone and increase endurance. Set to an energizing playlist, it’s ideal for those looking to challenge and refresh their routine. Room temperature.
ROCKET VINYASA
Rocket Yoga, created by Larry Schultz, is a dynamic sequence inspired by Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Expect a fast-paced, breath-linked flow that energizes the body and encourages freedom in your practice. Set to music in a 90° heated room.
