The first half of class includes a slower paced vinyasa flow to open up the body and connect to breath. The last 20-30 minutes of the practice includes holding restorative postures where you will be guided to rest using props to support your body and may assist in calming your nervous system. This class will leave you feeling restored, relaxed, and re-balanced. All levels welcome.
The foundations of a power vinyasa class are broken down with attention given to alignment of body and inclusion of breath. This class is great for those looking for more guidance in the poses or who may be newer to the practice of yoga but want a full body workout. All levels are welcome.

Whether you are an athlete or weekend warrior, this class will help improve your overall performance, quicken your recovery process, and lessen the occurrence of injury. This is a mat pilates class that emphasizes core work. This class utilizes props and your own body weight to strengthen all of the muscles that make up your core. Compliment your yoga practice with this class. All levels welcome.
A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine).
YOGA FOR VITALITY
This class focuses on building strength and balance in older adults. As we age, our bone mass and metabolism decrease and so it becomes more crucial to maintain good balance, strength and stability for optimal well-being.
This class is primarily composed of standing postures held for about 5 breaths each. Focusing on building our stabilizer muscles, several balancing postures will be incorporated with or without the use of a chair or other props. Class will conclude with gentle stretches to increase range of motion and leave you feeling strong and vital! No prior experience is necessary.
