Power Vinyasa

This class will take you through a rigorous flow connecting movement with breath without music, giving you opportunity to give you some quiet and and be able to connect with yourself. Moving through our sequences at a faster pace this class will give you a full body workout, challenge your breath, strengthen your body and discover your highest self. We use the latest in infrared heating systems to heat the room and your body to facilitate warming your muscles from the inside out. We set the temperature 90 degrees.

Power Vinyasa Vibes

This class will take you through a rigorous flow connecting movement with breath, while listening to a carefully curated playlist meant to take your yoga practice to the top of the charts! Moving through our sequences at a faster pace that will give you a full body workout, challenge your breath, strengthen your body and discover your highest self. We use the latest in infrared heating systems to heat the room and your body to facilitate warming your muscles  from the inside out. We set the temperature 90 degrees.  Our Sunday Salute and Happy Hour Vibes classes are Power Vinyasa Vibes set with the tone to start or complete your weekend.

Restorative Flow

Class begins with a slower paced vinyasa flow to open up the body and connect to breath. Moving to the restorative postures, you will be guided to rest using props to support you and allow a deeper relaxation to occur. This class will leave you feeling restored, relaxed, and re-balanced. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow

The foundations of a power vinyasa class are broken down with attention given to alignment of body and inclusion of breath. This class is great for those looking for more guidance in the poses or who may be newer to the practice of yoga but want a full body workout. All levels are welcome.

Yogalete

This class is a form of active recovery based off of scientific research that will stretch and lengthen your entire body. Whether you are an athlete or weekend warrior, this class will help improve your overall performance, quicken your recovery process, and lessen the occurrence of injury. This class is the perfect in-between of a Restorative Flow and Power Vinyasa. All levels welcome.

This is a mat pilates class that emphasizes core work. This class utilizes props and your own body weight to strengthen all of the muscles that make up your core. Compliment your yoga practice with this class. All levels welcome.
